2.5 ORDER FULFILLMENT
All duly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from VINTAGE ROOM MILANO DI LUO SHANSHAN. Shipments are carried out only on working days, from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.


2.6 TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Vintage Room Milano offers its customers a trackable shipping service at any time, thanks to the tracking service provided by the courier. The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail once the shipment has been dispatched, including the tracking number provided by the courier, allowing them to check the delivery status at any time. Alternatively, the customer may always check the delivery status in real time in the dedicated section of the website.


2.7 WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments may be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address.

  • DDP shipments are available to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary), where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price.

  • DDU shipments apply to non-EU or non-Schengen countries, where VAT is not applicable on the purchase price.


2.8 DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on the destination areas of the products:

  • Italy (DDP): shipment is generally scheduled within 2 days from the order, subject to supplier availability, with delivery within the following 3 working days.

  • EU countries (DDP): delivery generally within 3–5 working days from shipment.

  • Non-EU European countries (DDU): delivery generally within 5–7 working days from shipment.

  • Rest of the World: delivery generally within 7–10 days from shipment via Express Service.


2.9 DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the package appears to have been tampered with or is not intact, the customer may sign the delivery note with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to Vintage Room Milano by sending an e-mail to our customer service (vintageroom.mi@gmail.com).

If the customer refuses delivery, all shipping costs for the return of the package to Vintage Room Milano will be deducted from the refund due. If for any reason the package cannot be delivered to the address provided by the customer during registration, the shipment will be returned to Vintage Room Milano at the customer’s expense. In this case, Vintage Room Milano will deduct this cost from any refund due.


RETURN POLICY
Vintage Room Milano is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction by offering the option to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns must be made at the customer’s expense and responsibility within 14 days of delivery, provided that the returned items are intact and unused.


RETURN CONDITIONS
In compliance with applicable regulations, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase without penalties and without providing a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, as provided by Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. Please note that if the item is on consignment and not the property of Vintage Room Milano, returns are not accepted. It is therefore advisable to verify in advance whether a return is possible before proceeding with the purchase.

For multiple orders placed in a single transaction but delivered at different times, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the receipt of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an e-mail containing the order number and the customer’s name to the following address:

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an explicit declaration of their intention to withdraw from the contract, or by completing and submitting the standard withdrawal form available in Annex I, Part B, of Legislative Decree 21/2014 (not mandatory).

  • Returned items must be intact, in their original packaging, complete in all parts, and accompanied by the relevant fiscal documentation. Once the conformity of the returned goods has been verified, the site will refund the amount paid for the products within a maximum of 14 days, excluding any shipping costs.
  • As provided by Art. 56, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the refund may be withheld until the products have been received or until the customer provides proof of return shipment.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the products or services of Vintage Room Milano fall within the categories listed in Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must provide the necessary bank details (IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC) for the refund.

WITHDRAWAL (RIGHT OF CANCELLATION)
The withdrawal/cancellation form must be used within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods, to notify the seller of the intention to withdraw from the contract and to request a refund of the amount paid. The buyer must return the goods intact within 14 days from exercising the right of withdrawal.
