RETURN POLICY
Vintage Room Milano aims to ensure the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns must necessarily be made at the Customer’s expense and under their responsibility within 14 days of delivery, and only if the returned items are intact and unused.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase without incurring any penalties and without having to provide any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, as set out in Art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Please note that if the item is on consignment and not owned by Vintage Room Milano, it will not be eligible for return. Therefore, we recommend checking in advance whether the item can be returned before proceeding with the purchase.
For multiple orders placed in a single transaction but delivered at different times, the 30-day period to exercise the right of withdrawal starts from the date of receipt of the last item.

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an explicit declaration of the intention to withdraw from the contract, or by completing and submitting the standard withdrawal form available in Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014 (not mandatory).

Returned items must be intact, in the original packaging, complete in all parts, and accompanied by the related purchase documentation.
Once the conformity of the returned items has been verified, the website will proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the products within a maximum of 14 days, excluding any shipping costs.
As provided by Art. 56, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the refund may be withheld until the returned products are received or until proof of shipment is provided by the customer.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. In case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must provide the necessary banking information (IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC) to proceed with the refund.
WITHDRAWAL
The withdrawal/cancellation form must be used within 14 days from the receipt of the purchased goods by the buyer to inform the seller of their intention to withdraw from the contract and request a refund. The buyer must return the goods received intact, with the tamper-proof tag attached and undamaged, within 14 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal.
